Travel Retail Forum 27. April 2023

CETTRA held the Travel Retail Forum in Prague on invitation from Prague Airport. Commercial Director at Prague Airport František Kachlík gave an interesting presentation about Prage Airport's commercial situation post-Covid, and what impacts the pandemic had on commercial business. He gave an introduction to Prague Airport's impressive commercial development in the years leading up to the pandemic, and shared his thoughts about how Prague Airport see commercial business develop in the future that involve terminal expansion and a new Airport City concept.

The event had started the evening before with a visit to Slivovitz in their downtown museum location, where the company gave us an introduction to the history of Slivovitz, and concluded the evening with a nice dinner.

The Travel Retail Forum was attended by 30+ members and we heard many interesting speaches from industry colleauges.

The program also included an airport tour of the airside commercial premises, and for those interested also a guided tour of the airside apron areas.
